Safety standards restrict the export of China's textiles
Recent frequent foodstuff safety accidents gradually expand to other industries, it is reported by journalists that the textile safety testing of export of China's textile garments becomes a hot issue in the industry.
European market restricted by "Safety Standards"
Currently, the enterprises engaged in textile garment export strictly the product quality, however little attention is paid to the product safety and environment protection. Especially, since the outbreak of subprime lending crisis, the demands in American markets fall, the support of EU on China's export of textile garments becomes more and more obvious, meanwhile, that EU attaches great importance to the testing of ecological environment protection will bring non-negligible affects on China's export of textiles.wow gold.China special tours.China custom tours.
Besides Oeko-Tex Standard100 of international textile ecological label with the widest use and the highest authority has been used in Western Europe, Northern Europe, Japan and USA, except the restriction on over 100 harmful substances such as azo and free formaldehyde in imported garments, the EU Reach (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, Registration, evaluation, permit and limit of Chemical products), which began to be executed in Jun 1, 2007, attracts high attention of domestic textile industry. Restriction on the Marketing and Use of perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) efficient on Jun 27, 2008 regulates that the contents of PFOS in products sold in EU market shall not exceed 0.005% of total quality.
Besides, garment labels become technological trade restriction of China's export of textile garments to EU and USA, data show, within the garments exported to USA, 25% of unqualified products are just unqualified in labels but not quality.
Domestic safety standards urgent to be strengthened
With the development of export trade, China's textiles attach more importance to the safety of textile garments, however analyzed from current testing results, the situation is not optimistic. In 2007, 1436 batches of exported textile garment fabrics, knitted sweaters, down filling are sampled in Changshu City, of which, 106 batches relate to pH value, formaldehyde, color fastness and component identification or other safety, health and environment protection standards, which occupy 85.5% of unqualified batches. In the first half year, the unqualified labels in exported textiles in Dongguan occupy 71% of unqualified batches.
In order to perfect China's textile safety control system, China has released some measures. In February of this year, national standard--Determination of the Pesticide Residues in Textiles has been released so as to provide basis for the testing of ecological textiles, however, judged from current effects, the degrees of rules are far to reach.

Koraa chats about Priests
• Psychic Horror redesigned. Now puts a debuff on targets hit by Psychic Scream that reduces damage put out by them by 15/30% for 6 seconds.
• Dispersion buffed back up to 90% reduced damage.
• Holy:
• Discipline: -Grace is getting its +healing effect back. It will now give 2% increased healing, stacking up to three times, but only for the priest who casts it. Much better than it is now; I'd say this makes it pretty well balanced.
• Shadow Power reworked to be WoW Gold the +20/40/60/80/100% crit bonus damage that seemingly every other caster class has; works on MF as well.
We're a little miffed about recent priest changes here at WoW Insider. Both Holy and Shadow were worked over pretty well with the nerf bat in build 8926. Fortunately, Koraa (class designer) has announced some upcoming changes that are, for the most part, buffs, and that show that they're definitely thinking about the class. Let's see what's behind the curtain.
• Shadow:
• Lightwell is gaining the ability to show how many charges are left on it by clicking it. OMG, finally! This spell is now totally worth taking. Please scrap Lightwell already, people.
• Improved Shadowform once again gives a chance to break movement impairing effects on Fade.
• Divine Hymn now has an HoT in addition to the CC. This makes it more obviously a clutch spell, and I think it will be handy.
• Misery now raises WoW Gold spell damage for MF, Mind Sear and Mind Blast by 5/10/15%. This poor talent has been through so much.
• Twin Disciplines will now work with Mind Flay and Penance as well (currently only works on instants, previously worked on all spells). I'm still hugely confused as to why this doesn't work with all spells anymore, especially given Ghostcrawler's statement that +1% DPS per talent point is the goal. A good way to achieve +1% DPS per talent point is to make each point in a talent increase all spells by 1%.
• Blessed Recovery is getting buffed to "roll" like Ignites do used to: each new crit will add to the HoT and refresh the duration.
Additionally, there's some great conversation in the thread with Koraa about the design goals for the different Priest specs. Discipline, apparently, is meant to be for "mitigation, utility, and single-target HPS;" the Disc priest is supposed to be a good MT healer. Holy is a good single-target healer, but has tons of healing utility, and is meant to be the AoE healer, and the "healer than can react to any situation." Shadow is meant to be strong single-target DPS (obviously), but now "should be one of the strongest AOE classes" with Mind Sear.
• Holy Concentration will "scale with spell crit instead of just a flat %." I read WoW Gold this as meaning that instead of being a 6% chance to gain HC, the chance will be some fraction of your Holy crit chance. But why not just make it a 50% (or whatever) chance on heal crit?
